Characters you have in the game: Himiko, OC
Character Name: Reisen Udongein Inaba. Supername: Udongein (Uses Reisen Inaba normally and Udongein as her heroic name)
Character Canon: Touhou
Canon Background: http://touhou.wikia.com/wiki/Reisen_Udongein_InabaOmegafriends Background: Overall, not all that much changed. Reisen is still a rabbit from the moon, and served in the military of a vaguely defined lunar empire that itself shall be hand waved.
During the human visits to the moon, tensions flared, and Reisen ended up deserting the lunar military over this. she fled to earth, where she discovered other fugitives: Eirin and Kaguya. She found asylum with them just like in her canon.
In her canon, she was responsible for Eientei's security, while in this AU, she does a similar job for Eientei Pharmaceuticals. On top of this, she does various odd jobs for Eirin and Kaguya.
Her work has repeatedly gotten her into clashes with villains of various kinds, which resulted in her making ties with the omegafriends and, finally, joining them.
Though she will, of course, always prioritize Eientei.
Affiliation: Omegafriend
Personality: Like many Touhou characters, Reisen's personality changes tremendously between games, additional canon books (such as Akyu's reports) and various manga (such as Inaba). I am trying to take a middle road between them.
Reisen is, overall, not too different from her Touhou counterpart. She is mostly neutral to friendly to people and tends to remain level-headed, although some of her habits (such as muttering) can come across as odd.
Reisen is a responsible person and will do what she believes is right (in some cases even if it means deserting her former comrades, such as deserting from the moon). She does take her duties seriously and will try to solve problems on her own, without needing to be commanded to. In her canon, for example, she investigated a looming earthquake and strange flowers that were causing unrest among the rabbits. If this leads to combat, she will take it as seriously, and attempt to finish it quickly. Not because she hates combat (she once claimed in her canon that her fingers were itching for a battle, after all), but because of her training.
She is thankful for the hospitality shown to her by Eientei and wants to repay the favor, which is why she agreed to work with them in the first place. While it does not stop her from complaining about unreasonable workload or other rabbits, she will still do most things asked of her by Eirin or Kaguya, including fighting Kaguya's opponents (like in her canon), or making deliveries in person.
One thing she is usually concerned about is her abilities and their effect on regular humans. As simply looking into her eyes can cause normal humans mental unrest or worse, she does not interact with them that much. She sticks to the omeganetwork due to this, for most there have a strong enough mind so she does not need to be concerned on this topic.
Another concern is the issue of her desertion. She is still feeling guilt for abandoning her comrades, and sometimes worries about punishment if she were to be captured by her former allies.
Due to her usually serious nature, it's quite possible to fluster her if she doesn't see something coming. In her canon, Tewi usually had this effect, and it is no different for this AU version. Fury is a different matter, it would take a serious threat to those she cares about for her to get angry (which would cause her to try to take out the threat quickly). Most of the time, she will just get grumpy and complain to herself or the poor people that listen. And she might then take out that frustration on enemies...
Powers: Reisen's powers remain similar to her canon, although I am dropping her "personality manipulation", both of herself and of others, because it's not suited for a RPG.
Her omegafriends abilities are thus:
She can fly, manipulate waves and shoot energy bullets that are, essentially, nonlethal versions of gunshots. They tend to look like knives or arm-sized bullets and pack a punch.
Her ability to manipulate waves can be used in multiple ways. First, she can manipulate light, creating illusions. She can temporarily disappear from sight, or make illusionary things appear (such as fake bullets). She can manipulate sound in a similar way, masking noises, letting people hear things or manipulating what is heard. This also allows her to detect and block out waves in general.
The "ultimate" use of this ability is creating a zone that people cannot leave without using powers themselves, by creating illusions in such a way that a person will lose their way and thus never find the exit (an example of this usage of her power can be found in the manga "Strange and Bright Natural Deity).
Finally, there is the matter of her eyes, which can mess with one's mind or even cause insanity. This mostly works on weak-minded normal people. Regular heroic/villainous characters tend to have enough will power to not be affected by this.
